Overall, the repair quality was solid and the car looked great when I picked it up. The only issue was a slight misalignment on the power sliding door, which I noticed a bit later. I took it to the dealership for a second opinion, and they tried to make it sound worse than it really was — it just needs a small adjustment. The body shop has been professional and responsive, and I really appreciate that you offer a lifetime warranty and are willing to fix it without any hassle. I’d definitely recommend you, but there’s still a bit of room for improvement in final inspection before delivery.

The body shop repairman , and the paint shop personnel did an outstanding job at restoring my 2025 F150. I couldn't more pleased with the work. I will have all of my body work done there.

Took way too long. Hubcap flew off as I pulled out of the parking lot and then tire sensor came on. The hood was left unlatched when I left, thank God it did not fly open.

Hubcap flew off, pulling out of parking lot after keeping the vehicle for seven weeks. Tire pressure sensor light came on as well, hood was left unlatched, thank God it did not fly open. Parked vehicle and right rear strut poured oil all over driveway. Obviously there was no test drive after this repair. Very disappointed.

I received my car back with dust throughout the entire car! NO effort to clean it! I’ve got pictures of the amount of dust that’s piled in my car! I will be calling on Monday.

Ivan, the body shop employee that assisted me; just as Fritz the dealer. Was as nice and friendly as I could ever hope for. He knew I was in a bad situation and actually talked to me like an old friend. My truck was finished MUCH faster than anticipated which impressed me. And he went so far as to go ahead and get my oil change that was due done while it was there also….I picked the truck up with my 8 year old son and he engaged with him and myself in a professional and caring manner. Personally, I’ve had a rough patch recently; people like Fritz and Ivan that go out of there way to help people and listen go a Long Long way! Superb Dealership all the way around….

When driving off lot at Mac Hiak Ford temperature gauge went off and it was obviously not driven when released for a test drive. I had to come back and my car which is an inconvenience for me not to have is at the shop again.

No communication throughout the repairs. The only time I received an call about my vehicle was when it was completed. All other times we had to go to the shop to get inquiries. My car was in the shop for almost 1 month.

After market inside fender protector looks terrible. Where is the quality control and quality assurance? Mac Haik’s name is on this, why would you allow something looks so bad go out the door?
