Fender alignment off on A pillar, scratch on newly painted fender seen right in the parking lot before driving off, Plastic retainment clip near windshield/A-pillar is not seated properly. Paint job blend is good.

The repair that was completed (rear quarter panel) resulted in damage to the trunk as well as the workers breaking a piece of personal property (TV Monitor) that the workers moved. When requested to repair what damage they did, they refused to fix the major scratch and did not compensate me for the monitor they broke

office manager was polite, but refused to repair what he damaged and did not compensate for personal property that his staff broke. They were rude with my young adult son when they didn't know I was on the phone

Everything was totally awesome. The only criticism would be that the drivers mirror was painted gray which is the same as the body of the car, but the other mirror and the old mirror are black.

Jeff and Bob are awesome! They worked with me to keep my 2015 Nissan Altima going after I got rear ended. They do an outstanding job in the body shop. Wouldn't even know my trunk area got shoved in.
