I expected the repair to be done well as soon as I met to plan a date and discuss what needed to happen because the level of professionalism and organization was very high. I am not the least bit disappointed and grateful not only for the repair, but also for the paperwork partnership between Macedonia Collision and my insurance company. That made everything much less stressful. I noticed the cleanliness of the customer shop, another way of assuring that attention to detail is part of your service. Please tell the persons who worked on my car I appreciate their expertise and thank whoever washed and cleaned my car inside and out that it was a wonderful surprise. Lastly, special thanks to Jeff for helping dumb me figure out my smart car when I couldn't initiate the radio etc. It is just another example of really great service. I can and will recommend Macedon Collision without reservation.

The paint on the bumper is very bumpy not smooth does not look like it did before it was brought in

They were very pleasant but did not clear codes on my car after they unplugged sensors and this caused my clock to mess up in my car a reset should have been performed to correct this after all the sensors were plugged back in
