The people were pleasant enough, the communication and clarity of communication left something to be desired. I was told at drop off on Monday the repair would take 7-10 working days. On Friday I received a call saying the car would be ready on the following Wednesday or Thursday. I called on Thursday at 4 pm to check on the ar and was told it would be ready on Friday. I waited until 1 and called And was told my car was next in line and would be done by the end of the day. I received a call at the end of the day saying the car was being held over the weekend to avoid a "half assed job". I called on Monday at 2 and was told the car was. Ext in line and would be ready that day. At 4:30 I got a call to come and pick it up.
