Upon arrival, the front desk was surprised I was there and said "they had no new appointments this morning" but checked again and there I was. She then proceeded to tell me Geico sent weird appointments for the day. I dont care if her system is wacky, not my problem but she made it seem as if it was.

Very appreciative for the staff at Maher Body Shop, Jordan was very informative and helpful. He was my only point of contact through my repairs. Disappointed in Geico never interacted with an adjuster from Geico, left 4 voicemails for 3 different people and never got a call back.

The bumper has many imperfections and damage on my car and areas of the bumper that was not existing before. There bumps and drip in the paint that are totally unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the quality of work.
