Unfortunately, I've had to use them a few times lol. But every experience has been excellent. They are always efficient l, getting estimates done same day and completing repairs in a timely manner. The team is always friendly and easy to work with, which makes a stressful situation much easier to handle. I really appreciate the quality of their work and great customer service.

This would have been a 10+ had it not been for my experience at pickup.1. Car is in my name only 2. I am the one the that has been communicating with ALL involved associates 3. Insurance is in my name only. 4. Check for insurance deductible was in my name only. 5. I bought this car without any assistance from my husband - he didn’t even accompany me to the dealership. 6. Loan is in my name only 7.So why, when my husband walked in with me (he was only my ride), did the lady who took my check (which I handed her, make eye contact ONLY with him when explaining repair warranty, “do not wash or wax for 30 days”, etc.???? It was demeaning and dismissive. I would have expected this treatment and complete disrespect from a man, but not another mature woman. SO DISAPPOINTED.
