The only complaint i have is the original quote was 11,000 and the final bill was 18,000 plus I still have to pay 2000 for clear bra. I feel that it shouldn't be that hard for a professional that does a lot of these quotes could come a lot closer to the final price than this

They didn’t earn my trust with how they conduct business. Their work is good but if I can’t trust them, it doesn’t matter. I think every body shop does good work, otherwise they probably wouldn’t be in business.

I’m not questioning their work because it looks great. I’m questioning their honesty in how they approach their estimates. We got three bids and Majestic was the best estimate and $2800. Matt said that it might be a $300-$500 more than the estimate to calibrate the sensors. So I was expecting $3300, worst case. All other bids were around $4000. My truck was fixed in time but the total cost was $4200!! I asked Matt why so much and he said that he told me that there would be some costs for sensor calibration. That’s about 3x more than he said it would be. I don’t think it’s an accident. I think it’s shady business practices. In what world does it cost $1400 to calibrate sensors on a truck bumper?

Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing. Much appreciated by someone who'd never made a damage claim before! They gave me great advice for getting reimbursed for everything. The car was repaired quickly and at my convenience. A first rate shop that I fully recommend.
