Well the work was great but the inside of my drivers door panel and the back right rear door panel are all smeared with what looks like primer dust. It's a mess. I was planning on bringing it over today to have you look at it.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with you! I was kept informed and everyone was very pleasant, courteous, helpful and professional. I was unable to deliver and pickup my car due to an unexpected emergency surgery while I was in FL, and I especially appreciate you assisting my 88 year old father as he dropped off and picked up my car. It was such a relief knowing you provided him a ride home and then picked him up when my car was done. Thank you!!

Shawna was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns. Based on the original plan for my car, it apparently required a lot more work. I didn't realize this and was calling for updates. When I would talk with someone, they just said it was coming along or would leave a vague voice mail. NO further information on why it was taking 2 weeks instead of the planned 3-5 days. I felt I was not getting sufficient updates and the information I deserved. Poor communication. When I talked with Shauna, and explained my frustration, she called me everyday with an update, and offered me a car rental. I really appreciated her customer service. skills. You are lucky to have her working for your business.
