I would definitely recommend. They did a great job on the repair. But I would say that you have to be proactive in checking the status, like everything these days.

I always had to call to ask about the status of the car. I don’t recall them ever initiating. Getting parts and repairs took 4 weeks, which seemed like a very long time to me but I don’t know how these things usually go and I have an older car. When I did call they were always friendly, polite, providing all the info that they could. There were 2 occasions where they thought the car would be completed sooner than it was, so that was disappointing. I appreciated the use of a loaner car when the rental coverage on my insurance ran out.

The repair was completed in a timely fashion and professionally. They took time to clean the car both in and out as well. I was very happy and satisfied with the work and they did a great job of communicating with periodic updates. I’m very pleased with Mallory’s.

Very pleased with workmanship and customer service. Appreciate Tony battling with Geico on my behalf. (still waiting Geico to request a "how'd we do" survey...) Cory fielded all my phone calls and helped me through the whole process. Jake helped me out when I needed to retrieve something from my truck while in storage.
