You don't need to contact me. The reason I was not satisfied is because it took almost a month to repair my car. Your repair center was a 45 minute drive from my home, so it was not very convenient for me. My teenage daughter is not allowed to drive the rental car, so the length of time it took to get my car returned became inconvenient. It would have been much easier logistically if I had more choices in repair centers. All of your representatives were very friendly.

Everything was perfect except for when I picked up my Sorento all the old parts and pieces were thrown in the trunk for me to figure out how to dispose of. I have no idea where to safely dispose of a broken bumper and shock absorbers.

A much larger area than the effected points where repainted. The paint color on the vehicle does not match the existing topcoat. I have an appointment with the progressive service center today to discuss the issue.
