The repair work was first rate as expected. Devin Stemwell and Chelsea efficiently got my repair back on track after the former site manager, Jason Jones, fumbled the ball by promising three work completion dates that he failed to honor. Also, repairs cost me approximately $200.00 more than Mr. Jones had projected. And because of delays, my rental car costs almost doubled. If Devin Stemwell had not taken charge, I seriously doubt that the work would have concluded today. Thank God, David and Chelsea took charge 🙏 and brought things to a swift conclusion. Overall, I am very happy with the final work product and their excellent customer service.

Would have given you a rating of "10" instead of a "9" if all had gone well from the time of drop-off to the time of pickup. It did not. The site manager was dismissed during the repair process and replaced with an Area Manager because the former had difficulty completing the agreed upon work on my car on time. Also, the Area Manager didn't honor the original repair estimate that I was given. We negotiated and I ended up having to pay approximately $200.00 more than quoted prior to drop-off. That is against State regulations. I could have filed a complaint and forced the issue but decided against it after he completed the work sooner than promised. Plus, he gave me a fair estimate for additional repairs needed on my car. Devin, the Area Manager, has won my trust and respect. It did not make sense to save a couple of hundred dollars and make an enemy out someone who had treated me well by giving me outstanding service. If I should ever need body work done again, as I more certainly will, I would like to feel welcome to engage Mander again. In closing, I am more than pleased with the final result and will not hesitate to recommend your services to others. My thanks to Devin and Chelsea for a job well done. Cortez V.

Overall service was good and staff were very helpful and responsive when I called with questions. While I understand that parts delivery is out of the control of Mander, I would have liked to receive more timely communication regarding the status of my vehicle when timelines changed. Even with that, I would use this company again.

I was very happy that Manders on Granville Rd. was able to take my vehicle and start working on it immediately. They had it completed ahead of estimated date. I was kept in the loop, multiple times during the week that they repaired my hatchback. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My vehicle looks good as new.

I had an excellent experience after damaging the hatchback on my Crosstrek. It was not safe to drive. Inquiring Manders on Granville Milwaukee got me in right away. They communicate regularly on steps completed and projected completion date. They were always very friendly and professional. I was so happy when my vehicle was completed a little earlier then projected, as I was moving. It is beautiful and works great. You can't even tell I wrecked it. I would highly recommend working with them if an issue arises. Very convenient to Enterprise vehicle rental, it was an easy process.
