Picked up vehicle at end of biz day. Didn’t get invited to inspect but did so before leaving. Work looks good. However, on ride home discovered that car navigation system is not accurate. Like it needs a reset. Too late to call so now I have to deal with it post pick up.

If I did t call repeatedly, I am not sure when or if work would have been done. Overall staff is nice but not good at customer iutreach. I had to initiate virtually all calls and communication.

Very pleased with the whole process from the estimate to the finished product. Carson did a great job writing the proposal and had great communication through the whole process. Service techs did a great job on the repairs. Awesome experience. Carson made the whole process easy. Thanks
