I was told I was put on the schedule on a Monday at 8am for an estimator to look at my truck, showed up at 8am and was told I wasn't on the schedule and there was nothing that could be done except to come back tomorrow. Typically that type of situation, I am automatically going to look for another service provider or shop because I didn't appreciate waking up earlier than usual to bring my truck in and being told I'm not on the schedule when I was told I was and then told there's absolutely nothing that can be done to help me. Also in that interaction I understand there was a lot of things going on but there wasn't any empathy or accountability shown to me from the front office, so I told them to forget about it and planned to find another shop. The only reason I chose to stick with Mander was from the excellent reputation online, and someone did call and leave a message expressing regret and empathy for the inconvenience I experienced.
