ONLY reason I gave a 9 was because of how long it took for my vehicle. Other than that, 10/10. My vehicle looks amazing after it being repaired. They did most communication with my insurance, and were very communicative. Will be recommending them!

Adrian walked me through the whole process and kept me informed on the progress. He is great! I really appreciate the attention to detail from the repairs to handing me a clean car to drive home. I would like to note two small thing just because they are both safety issues. The luggage cover was reinstalled upside down, obscuring visibility in the rear window, and the floor mat was not locked in place causing it to ride up under the gas and brake pedals. I discovered this while driving home. They are easy fixes for me, but something that should be checked before leaving the lot. All in all, excellent service! Thank you!

Everyone involved was friendly and efficient, with one exception. When I called to inquire about renting a car, the woman who answered the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. I felt like she didn't care at all whether I rented a car there or elsewhere. I chose elsewhere.
