I would really like to have a more efficient way of updating on the progress of my car. I have had my car fix my car in a different state before where there is a Live Camera showing every step that they did to my car. I was expecting more update either phone care or email from the place but I always feel that I am the one having to reach out to check how long and when my car will be ready. staff are excellent and are friendly and nice. I like that if you have any concern about your car they are happy to take a look at it.

Main point of contact here was Greg, he kept me updated of everything happening along the way. There were some difficulties with receiving OEM parts form the manufacturer but I greatly appreciate Greg and his team ensuring I received OEM parts, and if things took significantly longer then we’d flirt with the idea of aftermarket parts. But thankfully the team did not try to rush the car and ensured to give it their all to get OEM parts. Additionally when I received the car back it looked great, the people who worked on my car and painted it did a great job, the paint matching was magnificent, especially considered the paint on the car is a unique color (Metallic Orange / Solar Shift from Toyota that has only been on one year model for a special edition car). Extremely happy with the service and workmanship.
