STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Had Marblehead Collision repair my car as an insurance job. The insurance company was very clear in what they approved the shop to do and the correlates cost. When I picked up my car the shop had gone outside of the approval. They did not get paid more than the insurance company had approved and held my car hostage for a week until I paid the extra cost myself. They never reached out to me about the extra cost, and wanted me to challenge the insurance company. They even tried to cover it up by asking me to pay the full cost when first trying to get my car back. So I would not see the extra cost until the insurance company would reimburse me less than I had paid to the shop. BAD BAD BAD
