Marblehead Collision has been in business since 2011. We are an independent repair shop the focuses on the consumer. We work with all insurance companies to make the repair process as seamless as possible. Our paint manufacture is BASF, we have a Car-O-Liner frame machine and multiple Pro-Spot Welders. Our staff will help guide you through the repair process. We work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide rental services at our location.

What a phenomenal team of individuals-each and every single employee, and I mean every employee-acted like an owner by claiming personal accountability and ownership of each responsibility. The car was beautiful, but the customer service experience was singular. You have my compliments and admiration. Surveys tell us that the single most critical question, in a customer service pole, is ‘would you refer a friend’ as the strongest measurement of a win. I absolutely would.
