I have NEVER had a bad experience with any Marhofer service, but I have to say this experience was above and beyond. They took care of everything from the time I delivered the car till I picked it up. They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company. Amazingly efficient! And, the guys in the bodyshop did an excellent job on the damage. You would never know my car had been sideswiped! Thank you, guys! You're all mighty special!!

Marhofer has serviced my cars with utmost reliability for several years with absolutely no complaints, but what an EXCEPTIONAL experience this was from the moment I stepped inside the door and met James Vanscoy. He made the appointment for the repair, dealt with my insurance company, lined up a rental car for me and I just knew everything was going to be ok. When I returned to pick up the car 9 days later, you would never know my leased car had been sideswiped by whomever while shopping. It all happened so smoothly and with a remarkable outcome.
