Exterior body work was very well done. Three stains on the interior front and rear seats. Two may not have come from the repair department, not sure.

I would say, Marhofer made the entire process easy and great customer follow up. The only issue, and it is an extremely minor issue, is when the collision department reached out to me to tell me the vehicle was done and they accepted all payment methods they did not disclose there was a fee if I used a credit card. I would've have brought a check to pay the deductible to avoid the fee, but other than that the entire process was easy and professional. Perhaps letting customers know when they use credit cards for payments there would be a fee would help provide a better experience with payment payments.?

I cannot praise this team enough. Aiden was fabulous from rhe moment I walked in all the way through the process. The team at Hyundai, getting me a loaner car, was fabulous as well. The work was done on time and with high quality.
