Marin Collision Center is one of twenty collision centers owned and operated by the Penske Automotive Group. MCC has been operated by PAG since 2006 and has been a collision center at this location for more than thirty-five years. Our staff is I-Car Gold Certified which is a leading collision industry training program that ensures our technicians are up-to-date with the latest repair methods and standards. We are also the Honda and Acura Factory Certified Repair Center in the area and also the Mini Cooper Factory Certified Shop. We work on most makes and models and have the latest repair equipment to bring your car back to its pre-collision condition. If you need our services please stop by and we can inspect the damages and provide an estimate for you. If you are pressed for time we will email the estimate to you for your convenience. We work with all insurance companies and will be glad to help take the stress away from the repair process.

Unacceptable quality of work

No as I mentions the simple task of properly taping the bumper before painting was not done well and the paint bled through the entire perimeter of the black trim on the bumper. They tried to return the vehicle to me like this. Also, the hood has a flaw that was not addressed.

The did a terrible job. The new bumper was not taped well when painted and now they have to either fix it or completely re-do it. Now I’m stuck with a rental car for even longer which I’m having to pay for which is not at all fair. I appreciate that they will address the issue and make sure I’m satisfied, but this is a huge inconvenience for something that seems simple enough to have been done correctly the first time. Zero stars for the technician who executed my repair.
