Overall, the experience was good. The folks and the Marina office were very kind and easy to work with. I received a message to expect the car around April 14 - 16 , maybe earlier maybe later, which made sense. But then April 14 came around and I had not heard anything so I had to call to see if and when the car would be ready. It would have been nice to have a little bit more of an update. I know it is out of your hands, but it is a bummer that the one door panel is back ordered until mid May and I will have to bring it in for that to be installed at that time.
