I was not happy at all. First off I understand now why it took so long to fix my car. But when I got my car back, it was so on empty, I was scared I was going to run out of gas before making it to the gas station. Then to have my car water washed was very disappointing since this was a $13,000 job. I felt the car should have been detailed. Also I asked for a quote on some other minor issues & I have yet to receive a quote or after 6 weeks the work didn’t get done. It could have been done while waiting for parts. Then when my car was finally ready, I got a call 2 hour before you closed. I was out of town & you all were closed the next day. I just felt you should have wasted until Monday to call. Especially since the person calling said the rental would only be covered until the completion date.
