Bob and his crew were great 👍. Car was better than when I purchased it 2 years ago, also it was detailed and very clean. After a poor previous accident with a different local shop which had left me in a mess.I can't thank you enough. Hope there are no more wrecks, but if so, you will make repairs.

I am very satisfied on how well they patched the door ding. I was a little freaked out at first cause my car hadn’t been cleaned after repair and it looked like my car was worse. They buffed it and made me think I had circular scratches and thankfully my fiancé has some knowledge about body work and was able to show me that it wasn’t scratched… my biggest complaint would be that it wasn’t cleaned to show that it was fixed. The dirt/wax made it look worse.

I appreciated that they made sure an apprentice didn’t work on my brand new car. However I was a little upset that I was told it would take one day and I’d have it back cause it took 2 days since they sent the one guy home the first day. it was mainly because I didn’t have a rental care that made me more upset about the extra day.
