Lack of communication, took twice as long as estimated on the repair time, and my car being filthy. Is they main take away I remember from your service. The repair looks like it was done correctly that's why you got a 3.

I washed my car and detailed it before dropping it off so they would have a clean car to work on. I was told 3 to 4 days to fix my car. It took 8 days to be repaired and my car was covered in dust and water spots all over it when I picked it up. It's sad how people and companies don't care anymore. They should have at least rinse it off.

I thought it was a great job by the collision. It looks great but the day I recieved it back i went straight to work. On the way home I noticed something wasnt right and the car was saying it needed service. I calked the next morning and was sent to service instead of back to collision. I was told my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I would use the serice center again but never the collision.
