I usually start with a 9 if service is good for being a first time client. Give you and me time to get to know each other. However from the 1st first visit with Joesph for the estimate to payment and pickup with Alyssa everyone receives a 10. Everyone kept us informed during the process. Dealing with our insurance co and quality of work on the SUV. Thanks.
