As always, we had a professional experience from start to finish, which is why this is the only body shop I trust. That being said, we had hoped to get the car back a little sooner, but we did receive timely updates for most of the repair. It was only towards the end that I was reaching out to ask. The only other constructive criticism that I have is for the receptionist/office assistant. She could make more of an effort to be pleasant. She gives off “I’m busy. What do you need?” vibes.

Thanks for cleaning up the car. Some items that were on the dashboard and in the front are missing ( eg. A metal comb and a device for breaking the car window in an emergency).
