As a self pay customer, I did not have a rental car during the repair process. I paid for the replacement part ahead of time in order to minimize downtime of not having my vehicle. IE- coordinated with shop to order the part and then call me once the part arrived at shop so that I could bring the truck in and have it repaired in minimal timing. A week and a half went by since I paid for the part and I still was not contacted by shop. I reached out via email and then was able to schedule repair appointment. When dropping the truck off on a Friday morning before work, I was told by the advisor that he would attempt to have the truck ready by that afternoon. The following week, after I had not heard from the shop on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), I reached out to the shop to inquire on the status of the repair. I was told that the advisor in charge of my repair was out on vacation and that he could give me a call the next day or another advisor could give me a call later on Tuesday afternoon to give me an update. By close of business day on Tuesday, I had not received a call. On Wednesday, I was notified by the original advisor that the repair was completed and my truck was ready to pick up. Overall, the repair process probably took 10-14 days longer than it should have because of these issues. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the delayed timeline of the repair.

I really appreciated Gerald Mills for his patience kindness he showed me from the time I dropped my car off until the time I picked it up. He kept me informed on every step that needed to be done. Very nice and efficient young man.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Iredell. From start to finish, the staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They made the entire repair process feel easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process through text messages. I always knew what was happening with my vehicle, what stage of the repair it was in, and when I could expect it to be ready. The communication was excellent, and I never felt like I had to constantly call for updates. The repairs were completed efficiently, and my car looked great when I picked it up. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and genuinely seemed to care about providing good service. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Caliber Collision in Iredell and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation such a smooth experience!

I appreciate Caliber's good work. I thought my 2012 Prius was likely totaled, and I give Caliber credit for helping that not be the case. However, as I pointed out after the repairs, the roof of my car was scratched in cleaning it up afterwards. (There are long scratches, not just areas of peeling.) Of course, I have no proof this happened under Calibre's watch and not before.
