We are a collision center that collectively have been doing business for 40 years. We are one of the collision centers owned and operated by University Ford and University Kia, we have several relationships with many insurance carriers including DRP's, we are I-Car Gold & Platinum certified. We were located in downtown Durham on the property of University Ford & Kia, we are now in our brand new state of the art building located just a short 2.5 miles from the downtown area located at 1413 S. Briggs Ave Durham NC 27703. Our staff is here to help you in the repair process. Feel free to come and visit our facility weather you need us for collision repairs or just for a visit.

My Experience

While no one wants to go to a collision center, if you do find yourself having to use one Carolinas Collision Center is a great choice! My experience with Carolinas collision center was fantastic. Their staff were all friendly knowledgeable and very communicative across every step of the process. Zack (the estimator/lead for my car) was very helpful and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. Honestly, I can say that my car looks and feels almost better than before the accident! Zach knew I had a brand new car hadn’t even had the first oil change yet so he took the time to ensure that everything was restored to factory new and I can’t thank him and the team enough for all of their hard work. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who needs a top notch, uncompromising repair shop for whatever life throws at you.

The service was outstanding from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up. The receptionist was nice and pleasant, very helpful. The guy who worked on my car was very informative, detailed in providing the information I needed for my car and what to expect.
