I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hendrick. From start to finish, their communication was exemplary - I received clear emails, texts, and phone calls from the initial estimate through every single step of the repair process. They set accurate expectations right out of the gate and met every one of them. Handling insurance was completely seamless. They partnered directly with State Farm behind the scenes so I never had to play middleman. They also have onsite rental cars available on-location, which is an incredible convenience if you need transportation while your vehicle is in the shop (especially if your policy covers rentals). Most importantly, the quality of their work product is outstanding. My car looks amazing, and you would never know it was ever in an accident. On top of that, Hendrick is the only certified BMW collision center in the area - even Southpoint BMW relies on them for major body work on their customers’ vehicles. If you want top-tier craftsmanship and zero hassle, this is the place to go.
