Seems like Caliber has a very high volume of work. Times for repair seem extended. Took 2 weeks for a relatively simple repair that did not require any new parts. The customer service people I worked with were great and answered my questions clearly. I am not sure how competitive the pricing is for someone who would be private paying (not using insurance).
