Glue residue was present in multiple locations on the car body. One section had a protruding edge that was not properly secured. When I requested that it be fixed, I was told that it would somehow automatically get "morphed into the shape of the car" as I drive it, which does not make any sense.

My repair was complicated by availability and difficulties obtaining the correct parts from the manufacturer. Kristin kept me informed of the process and worked hard with all the necessary parties to make sure the job was done right.
