The receptionist, was professional helpful and efficient. The workmanship was a 10, and I was very pleased with how well the work was done. The only reason for the 9 was it was delayed a week in finishing

The right hand turn signal/light is not working. Also the right front black wheel opening molding is not tight to the wheel opening with observed gaps.

I didn't realize how much damage was done from being rear ended until I saw the actual pictures. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work done by John's Collision Center. It was like my car was never in an accident. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent work!

These people are professionals; they do what they say they are going to do. If I had one thing to change, I think they need a better phone system so that someone answers or allows voice mail when you call. Sherrie is great!

John’s did what no other collision center would even touch. It is virtually impossible to get parts for my Suzuki and John’s worked on and found a bumper, and THEN somehow miraculously got the dents out of the gate without finding a new gate. as far as I’m concerned he’s my hero.
