From the time that I arrived and was greeted by the secretary, who was polite, courteous, and very efficient, and then Julian checked our car, it took me out and explained what he found and what the process would involve. Communication was clear and we were given a timeline when the car would be ready. The daily texts that we received from Julian were most helpful and very appreciated when we picked up our car it was a seamless production, giving us receipts speaking with Julian taking us out to see the car, which looked fabulous. We would highly recommend Carolina Collision to anybody that needs their services. Thank you for a job. Well done.

Julien & the team did amazing work on my car. The communications and follow up were timely and accurate. Couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. When I picked up my car, there was an issue with sensors/cruise control. I brought the car back and they are working to correct the problem and make it right. Fantastic service and support!
