As always, we had a professional experience from start to finish, which is why this is the only body shop I trust. That being said, we had hoped to get the car back a little sooner, but we did receive timely updates for most of the repair. It was only towards the end that I was reaching out to ask. The only other constructive criticism that I have is for the receptionist/office assistant. She could make more of an effort to be pleasant. She gives off āIām busy. What do you need?ā vibes.
