Everyone that I was in contact with was kind, professional and even went out of their way to be very helpful. However, I am a little disappointed with a couple of things. My son and I went to retrieve some items from our car. The staff gave me some gloves and even gave my son a pair too (made his day). At that time, I was told that the other stuff would be thrown out. (Huge Relief) I was looking forward to that because of the nature of the things that were left behind by the thieves, some of which I specifically pointed out. When I went to pick up the car, all that stuff was still in the car, including some loose parts of the car and whatever else. There’s big black marks on the back of the driver’s seat that I haven’t figured out what it is. Basically, I really thought the interior detail would have erased all the visible germs of the thieves to make us feel safe. But also between the steering wheel and the dash, there’s a piece of material that has a gap on both sides that look like a “quick fix”. My other concerns were immediately addressed as I noticed them before leaving the parking lot.
