I couldn't tell there was anything wrong with my car. If it wasn't for the smell of the paint or the fact it was so clean and spotless on that panel, I wouldn't have thought anything was done on the car.

They were so friendly. Went out of their way to offer to stay a little later for me to drop of my car the Friday before since I was going to be out of town on the day it was supposed to go into the shop. Then since I didn't have time to pick it up on Friday when it was done, they arranged to be the Saturday morning for me to pickup even though closed.

Wonderful customer service, very quick to get the repairs done once the part came in. They also gave my cat a wash and vacuum. Mark himself was very friendly and upfront with estimate and final costs.

This shop did a very good job communicating with me throughout the process. This was a bit complex because I was working with two different insurance companies and Mark’s handle it really well. They even contacted the rental company for me because I needed to switch from one insurance company to the next half way through the repair process. Very pleased with how they handled themselves.
