This was a repair on the car our son is driving while at college. We are Illinois and he is in Ohio. It was an accident claim as he was hit by someone. Marks Auto body was one of the preferred shops by the persons insurance. After calling a few others I spoke with Marks auto-body. They were super helpful, walked me through the process and assisted in getting the rental car set up for our son.

They took my car in last minute after it was vandalized. They didn’t first hand have the part but they were able to get it in a day and get my car back to me quick. They fixed it perfect
