Kyle made me feel super safe. He kept me updated on all repairs. I noticed something was wrong when they thought the car was done I brought it back and he had that problem repaired as well within the hour (it was just a loose wire not their fault at all no way to have known). He restored my vehicle to exactly how it was before the crash, you would never be able to tell! Great customer service and great work on my car.

Kyle was great, he kept me updated about every repair, in depth explained everything to me, and was just genuinely nice. He continuously answered all of my questions, and was very adamant that I give him a car if there were any problems whatsoever ever.

Kyle was awesome and very kind and flexible with my busy schedule throughout this experience. The shop was very accommodating. I had many frustrations with State Farm that made this experience unpleasant but that was not the fault of the body shop.
