Love the work the done with the car %99, the only thing, I understand the first estimate doesn’t mean is final until start working on it, after a final estimate soon they know what it need it, the customer should be aware of what else is in the new estimate and give a new frame when the vehicle will be ready. Also I understand the parts order was different then what was received, what made a delay getting the vehicle ready. With that said just go the future be more aware and keep the customer informed of any delays or changes… overall the staff was super friendly, attentive and super respectful…. All most forgot to mention the 1% was just the fact they didn’t buff the other headlight, I get it wasn’t part of the accident and a small detail just curtesy for the business…
