Stopped in 12/21 after contacting Nationwide for claim info. Interesting experience as the tow truck and Nationwide notification to Marksman arrived while I was there. I was shown through the facility and given an estimate on completion in one very informative visit. Turned out the repairs were completed sooner than expected and displayed excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The car looked great and was even thoroughly cleaned on the inside which had no damage from the accident. This was not my first experience with Marksman. Over 25 years ago my teenage daughter at the time wrapped our Cougar around a tree. I remember Marksman having done a terrific job on the repairs way back then. I would highly recommend Marksman to anyone having the unfortunate experience of needing body work done on their vehicle. THANK YOU for a job well done by Marksman.

Your work is superb. The process was seamless from dropping off our car, being set up with a rental, being kept in the loop with daily texts and picking up our car. You are a very efficient, professional company. I have used you in the past and will continue to use you in the future (well let's hope not in the near future!).

Turnaround time was a lot faster than expected. It seems like a great job was done, but with paint sometimes you can only tell with time. The only thing that I have noticed was that a tab was not tucked back in on the passenger front tire well. I was able to fix this issue myself after removing some T25 screws. Everyone was very friendly.
