Overall experience was positive, but I was never given an estimate for when my car would be ready. I called to ask and was given a date. I called the day following that date and was told that they guessed it wouldn’t be ready by the target date since it had already been missed. They then said they would let me know by 2pm the next day if it would be ready that day. Very nice team, just poor communication.

Took over a month to get my car back. Seemed they had to go through a lot of other people to complete my cars repair. Originally I was going to take it to someone else, but they said they could do it. Personally I feel like it wasn't totally their fault because they had to take it to other people to complete certain things. I would have rathered taking it somewhere that does more at their location. The only time they called me to update was to call me back or when it was done. In the beginning it seemed like they did one step at a time which at that time was one thing after an entire week passed. And in the beginning, the customer service wasn't super friendly. One of the week and a half was for a part they needed to order. It ended up being the wrong part and the right part only took a day. In went through insurance so that makes me feel like that may have played a part in why it was drawn out. Regardless i was without a car for over a month. Couldn't receive a rental until an estimate was given and an estimate wasn't given until at least after 3 weeks. Overall. It took over a month to finish and customer service/communication wasn't great. They said their staff want great in the beginning but towards the end it was better. But that just days how long it took to get my car done. After this experience I personally wouldn't suggest them to anyone and I wouldn't return of i ever need to. Hoping everything was fixed correctly. Im still not sure whether or not everything is good yet. Here's to hoping after this horrible experience
