I understand it can sometimes be difficult to get parts delivered. I was told other vehicles were scheduled.Ahead of my vehicle, even though mine had been there for more than 50 days. I feel my vehicle should have had priority due to the length of time it had been at the shop.

The repair of my vehicle took alot longer (54days). I was told several times my vehicle would be ready in a week, but each time it was pushed out another week. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the coolant reservoir was empty and a relay module that should have been bolted to the front radiator support was just hanging in the engine bay. There was also some orange peal in the repainted front bumper...

Marksman auto body did excellent work on my 2019 ford fiesta after it had got hit while I was at work. The bumper is brand new and honestly you can’t even tell anything happen. They were phenomenal!!
