Charlie and Pam were great through the whole process with everything from the initial paperwork and getting in contact with the insurance company and vehicle rental company to the pickup date of my vehicle. The full service was completed on time, with periodic updates and no unexpected expenses. In fact, an additional repair unrelated to the claim was done gratis! My 2014 Corolla looked brand new-even the interior was cleaned. All staff were very professional, courteous and helpful.

With replacing the headlight cover on the affected side for the claim, the final look was distinctly different from the color of the other headlight cover. Wishing that would have been offered, even if outside the insurance covered repairs an offer to buy the part independently so that both could have been replaced to match while the bumper was off for the repair. It doesn’t affect function, we realize that, but the look is not pleasant.
