Workmanship was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the repair. However the repair took a week longer than the original estimate and I stopped getting text updates on the status. I had to call after the date in the latest update passed to learn that repairs would not be completed for several more days. After the call I started getting texts again and got a call from a service rep saying that it would be completed the following day. However it was not ready until the day after. I am not complaining about the delays but the communication could have been better.

Looks good so far, paint a little lighter than original. It would be noticeable if on the side of the car, but this is the hatchback. Not as noticeable.

Martin Collision staff were extremely helpful explaining what needed to be done Aurora attention was outstanding. Repair was done and delivered as promised text messages were sent with updates during the week. On delivery date inspected body work results and everything was done exactly as described on initial estimate. Thanks to Autora and manager for a job well done. My wife and daughter had repaired cars with Martin collision in the past never any issues to be concerned about. Thanks to Martin Collision Center and staff.
