I was very happy with the bodywork that was done. My only issue was that I was notified on Friday morning at 8 AM that my car would be ready that day but you closed at noon. I couldn’t get there by noon, I doubt many people could. However, because I was notified that the car was ready. I had to return the rental car that evening. This left me without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I understand that your employees work from 7 to 5, but it certainly makes it inconvenient for others that also work long hours.

I will definitely give you guys a 10 in the quality of work, I missed my baby. I understand the demand for good service is high and can’t be much done about that. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs to my bumper. The work was done with care, I was kept in the loop the entire time and all my questions were promptly answered. The car repairs were completed sooner than expected, the car came back, cleaned up and shining, and a very nice card was left, which was great Customer Service thanking me for using the shop I hope I don’t have to have anymore body repairs due to accidents, but I would definitely return to Martins for any and all future repairs.

Customer service was top-notch. Communication was excellent. All my questions were answered quickly and politely. Staff was extremely friendly and I felt like I was a valued customer. A very nice card was left on the dash in my car when I got in it to take it home after the repairs, thanking me for my business. Felt like Customer Service was something Martin body shop cares about which I care about.
