All work was professionally completed. Car appears pristine and there is no evidence that it was in an accident. Flawless paint and attention to detail. Staff was wonderful and Tommy Stokes was very knowledgeable so I knew my car was in good hands. Would recommend Martin's as the best repair shop if you need repair services.

I am very happy with the way the car came out and he did a fine job. It did take a little longer, but I don’t care because they did the job well very happy I would gladly recommend them to my friends

I just wanna say I found Tom to be very, very helpful. He was very kind and very friendly. Chantelle was very nice. Also, I would be happy to take my car back to them and they fix my car perfectly.

If I ever have a problem with my car, I know where to take it. They’re friendly kind, and a very considered to the that the needs of the car. I found Tom to be a very good person easy to talk to, and Chantel was the secretary. she was very nice very helpful in every way I would be happy to Allstate did a good thing by getting them on their list.

I shopped around to find a Subaru-certified, Allstate-authorized collision center to repair my Subaru Outback which was hit by a car in the hospital parking garage. I found the perfect location at Martin’s Collision Center. When I walked in and met Tommy Stokes, I knew my car would be in good hands. I knew my car would receive personal attention from a locally-owned business which is the direct opposite of a corporate-owned conglomerate center that repairs cars in an assembly line setting. When I picked up my car, I knew I had made the right decision as it looked like it had never been hit and the final cost was a fraction of other estimates I had received. Also they were able to make the repairs in such a way that it was classified as cosmetic repairs instead of structural damage which protects the value of my car. I appreciated the updates from Tommy including the progress and estimated time of completion. Thank you Tommy and the entire Martin’s Collision Center team! You are the BEST!!
