Not only was the repair great, my car was also detailed which I was not expecting but desperately needed. My car was more clean than the day I bought it brand new! Definitely a great surprise after a week of repairs.

Heidi and Michael were great! There was another woman I spoke with on the phone who was also very helpful, she was willing to come in early to meet my work schedule demands. That kind of service is rare. You can tell everyone here really aims to please and it's because of that that I've already recommended Martin's to a family member.

I've lived in Sanford for over 30 years. I've had lots of work on my car in other body shops. But not shop compares to them. I've never been in a body shop where they make you feel like family. The environment was very friendly and welcoming.
