Almost everyone is very professional and courtious. However, there is a woman who answers the phone sometimes who is unhelpful, bad at gathering required information and generally projects an attitude of disinterest and unhelpfulness. Calling this place is a coin toss... Will I get the competent professional lady or the bored unhelpful lady?

The first time I tried to pick up the car I found a flaw. The second time it was perfect. It was inconvenient, but Martin's made it easier by providing a comp rental car.

I was well pleased with the time frame it took to repair my car. The individuals I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Martin's staff kept me well informed with the progress made on the repairs. When I returned to pick up my car it was exceptionally clean and I was absolutely positively amazed.
