I was told Martin’s would have a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. I asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to make the arrangements. She said no. She didn’t tell me my insurance. Company needed to make the arrangements and that I needed to contact my insurance company. It made my morning very long My son-in- law and I had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes before my insurance company opened before we could start the process of arranging for a car. Totally, it took 2 hours and 10 minutes from the time we dropped off my car at Martins and then drove out of the car rental parking lot. My son-in-law and I were very annoyed. I had a headache by the time we were on our way home. I had my son-in-law drive. I was glad he was with me.

I had an appointment to take my truck in for repairs on May 14th they said it would be 10 days. I drive by there on my way home from work, in 10 days they had not started to work on it. I got it back on the 11th of June.

Everyone was great. The communication during the repairs was inconsistent. I’m a reasonable person and understand there are unforeseen issues that can cause delays. Tell me the reality, not what you think I want to hear. That way I can plan. Twice I was told it should be ready the next day and then it was several days before I heard back. Other than that everyone was very courteous and helpful. The workmanship is excellent.
