It took a long time. I had to keep calling to get updates. They guy I spoke with said he'd text updates. I didn't get a text until after I picked up my vehicle. Almost 3 weeks without any communication was ridiculous. The van looks ok. I'll have to come back in to have them look at the gas lid, it is sticking out a bit. Not sure of that is normal. If it does need to be fixed, I can't wait that long without a cart.
